# Service Level and Service Credit Policy

Best-effort service posture, discretionary service credits, exclusions, and request process.

## Best-effort service

Repost is provided on a best-effort basis for all self-serve plans, including Pro. Repost does not commit to a guaranteed uptime percentage for self-serve plans.

## Service credits

As the sole and exclusive remedy for interruptions for business users, a customer may request a service credit on the next invoice. Credits are discretionary and must be requested in writing within 30 days of the interruption.

Credits are not cash refunds. Credits are not available on the Free plan. Enterprise customers may have separately negotiated terms.

## Exclusions

Credits do not apply to scheduled maintenance, force majeure, customer sources or destinations, customer configuration, customer network issues, sub-processor outages outside Repost's reasonable control, Acceptable Use Policy enforcement, suspension, beta features, or events caused by third-party systems.

## Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
