Scope
This Cookie Policy explains how Repost uses cookies and similar technologies on the marketing website and dashboard app. The Privacy Policy explains the wider handling of personal data.
Categories
Strictly necessary cookies are always on. They support authentication, session security, Cloudflare security, routing, and storage of consent preferences. Cloudflare Turnstile is used on sign-in, sign-up, password-reset, and temporary-bucket entry flows as strictly necessary security technology to detect and block automated abuse; it is not controlled by optional functional or marketing cookie preferences.
Functional cookies and scripts are off by default and require opt-in. Crisp live chat is treated as functional and must not load until functional consent is granted.
Analytics cookies and similar browser storage are off by default and require opt-in. With analytics consent, Repost uses PostHog, hosted in the European Union, to store a pseudonymous identifier and session information in cookies and browser storage on repost.sh and its subdomains for up to 365 days, enabling product analytics and session replay as described in the Privacy Policy. Without analytics consent, Repost measures usage without cookies, browser storage, or persistent identifiers, using a server-side technique that counts visits with a short-lived daily identifier that cannot be linked across days.
Repost does not use marketing or advertising cookie categories in this policy.
Managing preferences
You can manage preferences through the cookie banner or the manage-preferences link. Withdrawing functional consent disables future Crisp loading and hides or unloads Crisp where technically possible. Withdrawing analytics consent stops cookie-based analytics collection, removes the PostHog cookies where technically possible, and returns measurement to the cookie-free method.
Changes
We may update this policy when our use of cookies or similar browser storage changes.
